THE BAR METHOD
The Bar Method is a complete, one-hour workout focusing on strengthening, stretching, and aligning all major muscle groups resulting in power, physical grace, stamina and significant body change. The Bar Method puts special focus on giving every student personal support to help them achieve their individual goals.
