Boots & Bags: Which Ones You Need for Fall & Winter

When the weather turns chilly in Chicago, we’re always sad to see summer go, but fabulous fall fashion always helps to soften the blow a bit.

Of course we love strappy summer sandals and light, floral handbags but come fall, we can’t wait to pull out the sumptuous leather boots and rich, jewel-toned purses.  Boots and bags are some of the very best things in life, so before the leaves start changing, get caught up on the new accessory trends you’ll want to try.



1.  The Lug Sole Boot

As a harkening back to the 90s when chunky Doc Martens were all the rage, one trend this fall is the lug sole boot.  It may strike many as a work or hiking boot, but rest assured that it’s perfectly on trend for city streets.  Many designers have even featured the look in a very 90s platform style as well.
